The primary challenge was to improve the platform's UI/UX to better engage users and encourage active participation in wellness programs. This involved making complex wellness pathways intuitive and ensuring the solutions were seamlessly integrated into daily work tools like MS Teams, Slack, and Zoom.
Solution
Working as part of Wellness Coach’s internal design team alongside three other designers, we embarked on a comprehensive design overhaul with a focus on:
